Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 and $115,000 per year, with a cap of $105,000 in Tampa.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Liquidity Risk & Stress Testing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for day-to-day analysis of stress testing scenarios and significant increases in liquidity obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and handle market/liquidity risk exposures from trade execution and settlement activities.
  • Support the design and review of stress scenarios based on key risk exposures.
  • Work closely with multiple teams (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operations, Treasury) to enhance risk management practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client risk-related support and inquiries.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and continuous improvement of risk systems.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management policies while identifying/emerging risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant financial risk/market experience.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
