Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Agent to join our team at O.R. Colan Associates. As a Right of Way Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring easements for a large renewable energy project. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research, and communicating with property owners and their representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire easements for a large renewable energy project
  • Prepare real estate documents and perform basic property research
  • Communicate with property owners and their representatives
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of Right of Way acquisitions experience
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Dropbox or equivalent
  • Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC's systems
  • Valid Driver's License
