Renewable Energy Right of Way Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Agent to join our team at O.R. Colan Associates. As a Right of Way Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring easements for a large renewable energy project. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research, and communicating with property owners and their representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire easements for a large renewable energy project
- Prepare real estate documents and perform basic property research
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of one year of Right of Way acquisitions experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Dropbox or equivalent
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
