We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Associate to join our team at The Brook - KMI. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients, ensure a safe and clean environment, and perform technical/patient care duties to promote patient health and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to patients in a behavioral health setting
  • Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
  • Perform various technical and patient care duties as needed
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • Direct patient care experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
  • CPR certification required
