About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a Child and Adolescent Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions using a range of modalities, including play therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
