Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete thorough client intake and screening processes
  • Schedule new and established clients with our healthcare providers
  • Communicate effectively with psychiatry and therapy teams to ensure timely and accurate client care
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls and faxes, providing exceptional customer service to patients
  • Coordinate with new patients via phone and email to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with various carriers to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
  • Collaborate with the care team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide additional support as needed to the team or department to ensure optimal client care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of EMR systems, such as AthenaOne, a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict attendance and punctuality expectations
  • Additional duties as assigned
