About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base.

This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, conducting outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys, assisting customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution, performing data entry to update customer records accurately, utilizing upselling techniques to promote additional products or services, analyzing customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds, prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
