Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Aftermarket Sales Department to maximize the sale of material handling service and parts, industrial battery service, and operator training within the branch territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Aftermarket Sales Department to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and counsel direct reports to ensure a high-performing sales team.
- Review and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in sales, preferably in the material handling industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.
