Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading global lift truck manufacturer, seeks a skilled Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maximizing the sale of material handling services and parts, industrial battery service, and operator training within our branch territory. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct sales meetings, and coordinate activities among other managers to ensure effective communication and sales growth. You will also work to increase customer satisfaction and retention, maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers, and recruit, select, train, and counsel direct reports. Additionally, you will review accounts receivables and vendor invoicing, recommend payment terms, and write-offs. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, or several years of successful sales experience. You should also have three to five years of product, service, or parts sales experience, with material handling industry experience being a plus. You will need to have good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, as well as a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.
