Position Overview:

Home Solutions is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to enhance our marketing efforts. In this position, you will oversee the content distribution process, ensuring that engaging material reaches our audience in a timely and precise manner. You will provide weekly updates on publishing metrics, verify the quality of published content, and assist in improving the user experience of our content management platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and confirm the quality of content created by freelance virtual assistants, and take charge of publishing when freelancers are unavailable.
  • Post content to partner websites, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed before partner review and/or publication.
  • Track and report publishing metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions with your supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment, ideally with some exposure to digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
  • Genuine interest in exploring and advancing within the marketing field.
  • Exceptional ability to execute repetitive tasks with precision and reliability.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Curious and growth-oriented mindset, always seeking to learn more.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with project management software (Airtable, GSuite, Asana).

  • Experience collaborating with professionals from diverse fields (marketing, design, development, analytics).
