Job Description

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our regulatory National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance program. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the coordination of overall project completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Compose and proofread professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Communicate project status and delivery schedules to clients and technical personnel, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and update project status in real-time.
  • Provide administrative support, including printing, mailing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in pre-task planning and report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  • Ensure quality standards are met on all projects and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
