RN Development Coordinator

As a skilled Nurse Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
- Education and Training: Plan, develop, direct, evaluate, and coordinate educational and on-the-job training programs for nursing staff.
- Quality Assurance: Develop, evaluate, and control the quality of in-service educational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Secure, develop, and maintain records, reports, instructional manuals, and reference materials.
- Leadership: Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the in-service educational programs.

Requirements:
- Licensure: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
