Training and Development at Freudenberg:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining annual operator competency reviews. This will involve establishing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, as well as conducting regular surveys to ensure employee compliance. Additionally, you will establish and coordinate new employee training programs, critique existing techniques and procedures, and provide training as needed. You will also maintain a comprehensive training database for all hourly personnel.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership, Workforce Training, and Learning and Development are required.
