As a Training and Development Specialist at Freudenberg, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining annual operator competency reviews. This includes establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and new work instructions, as well as conducting periodic surveys to ensure employee compliance.

Additionally, you will establish training programs and coordinate new/transfer employee training. Your role will also involve ongoing critique of existing techniques, habits, and procedures, and providing training when necessary. You will maintain a training database for all training of hourly personnel.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership, Workforce Training, and Learning and Development. The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
