The Learning Experience Clinton Hill is seeking an experienced and caring Child Development Educator to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young students. This is a full-time position working 35-40 hours per week with benefits.

In this role, you will co-teach alongside experienced staff members to develop and execute lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will encourage positive participation, foster social-emotional learning, and provide enriching experiences through play-based activities. Your duties will include childcare tasks such as potty training, feeding, cleaning, and nurturing our children.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,760 - $58,240. In addition to your hourly wage, you will receive five paid vacation days, five sick days, paid holidays, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, sign-on bonuses, and referral bonuses.

This role requires at least one to three years of experience teaching children under six years old, familiarity with New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Article 47 regulations, and a passion for supporting children's growth and development.
