Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children's educational and developmental needs using evidence-based strategies and practices.
  • Implement customized learning plans that foster growth and development in children with autism.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of strategies and services.
  • Monitor and document children's progress, adapting plans as necessary to meet their developmental milestones.
  • Manage caseloads based on personal availability and capacity, ensuring a balanced approach to workload.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • One of the following certifications/licenses is required: Students with Disabilities (Birth-2), Permanent Special Education certificate, TSHH permanent certificate, TSLD Initial or Professional cert, or NYS licensed Social Worker.
  • Experience in early intervention or working with children with developmental delays is preferred.
  • Experience with ABA and working with children with autism is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse families and teams.
  • Excellent organizational and independent working skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, including flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth and development.
