Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Inventory and Cost Control
    • Manage inventory levels and control costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
