Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Federal HR Consultant to join our team at Lindholm & Associates, Inc. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to federal agencies across the country.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic workforce planning to meet federal agency needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance HR skills and knowledge.
  • Provide consulting services to federal agencies on HR-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree + minimum of five years related experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to successfully undergo full security background and screening process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
