Role Summary: As a Billing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing billing operations for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from generating monthly invoices to overseeing a team of 2 to 5 billing professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue monthly invoices utilizing QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Collect vendor invoices for inclusion in monthly billing.
  • Generate and distribute electronic bills.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all paid and unpaid invoices.
  • Support general administrative functions.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 2 to 5 Billing Team members.
  • Facilitate training and development for new team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment and interviewing process for new Billing Team personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of billing experience preferred, but not essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dedicated to achieving success.
  • Proficient in multitasking and project management.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not required.
  • Exceptional computer skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $60,000 to $66,000 based on experience.
