About the Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing FF&E procurement for high-end residential development and luxury hospitality projects across London and globally. You will oversee multimillion-pound FF&E budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage FF&E procurement for high-end residential development and luxury hospitality projects.
  • Oversee multimillion-pound FF&E budgets.
  • Issue RFQs, negotiate favorable terms, and handle purchase orders.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
  • Provide detailed reports on costs, progress, and timelines.
  • Manage all aspects of shipment and installation.
  • Liaise with design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Organize FF&E Supplier CPD sessions and quarterly reviews of preferred suppliers.
  • Compile O&M and FF&E manuals for project handovers.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of FF&E procurement experience within luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • A strong network of high-end suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Proficient in EstiMAC or EstiPC for procurement and budgeting.
  • Onsite experience with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and CAD (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive with a client-first mindset.
  • Business development experience is a plus.
