We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Embassy Suites Bellevue. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the front office team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with long-term and repeat guests to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Supervise the ordering and inventory of front office supplies within a set budget.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all front desk checklists and procedures are followed and review daily work to confirm accuracy.
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures and post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work long hours as required and maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, paid time off, and a company-matched 401(k) plan.
