Specialty Pharmacy Manager

AndHealth is a healthcare technology company dedicated to making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Cambridge, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the senior clinical staff member at the specialty pharmacy, providing clinical guidance and oversight for the program.
  • Lead the pharmacy's Quality Management Committee and oversee the Quality Management Program, implementing and reporting on Quality Improvement Projects.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service to health center providers, actively participating in the Patient Management Program.
  • Supervise Specialty Pharmacists, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources for clinical care.
  • Review payor formularies and complete prior authorizations and appeals as necessary for patients.
Requirements:
  • PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) degree.
  • Unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio.
  • 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy, with 2+ years of specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
