Construction Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to support our team in Carlsbad, CA. As a key member of our office operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the construction team, including managing employee records, preparing documentation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement efficient office procedures, including document control, filing systems, and data entry.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of reports, budgets, and other financial documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction office administration.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
  • Construction accounting software knowledge (Foundation) is a plus.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
