Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to support our team in Carlsbad, CA. As a key member of our office operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team, including managing employee records, preparing documentation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures, including document control, filing systems, and data entry.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of reports, budgets, and other financial documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in construction office administration.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
- Construction accounting software knowledge (Foundation) is a plus.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
