Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology
  • At least 7 years of experience in working with ITIL/ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and IRE
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and integrations
  • Experience with customizing ServiceNow applications and facilitating rollout of new applications and modules
  • Solution design experience in Service Assurance platforms
