Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, CMDB, and Domain Separation
  • Strong understanding of CMDB data model and extension for requirements
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflows, web prototypes, and solutions design
  • Familiarity with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and local data centers for ServiceNow Discovery
  • Proficiency in using Mid Server, web services, email, and integration technologies with ServiceNow
  • Experience in vulnerability management, compliance, and integration with cybersecurity requirements
  • Strong communication, task prioritization, and collaboration skills


Responsibilities:

  • Configure, set up, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM applications
  • Implement ServiceNow Discovery for cloud and on-premises environments
  • Design workflows, web prototypes, and technical solutions within ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with IT Process Architect, Business Analysts, and IT teams to meet business needs
  • Troubleshoot and administer the deployed ServiceNow instance
  • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs for vulnerability management
  • Customize configurations to automate vulnerability scanning and remediation
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for vulnerability compliance metrics
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in vulnerability management and ServiceNow development
