Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure exceptional results.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, establish sales territories, and set goals to achieve targeted profit margins and sales growth.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and develop processes to effectively meet those needs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing plans, review and recommend policy and procedure changes, and participate in strategic planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of sales experience in the foodservice industry, with supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the foodservice industry, with supervisory/management experience.
