Key Responsibilities of a Store Leadership Specialist

Effectively network and recruit talent Conduct interviews and hire staff using the PRIDE model Implement visual merchandising standards, update window displays, and maintain store aesthetics Adhere to personal presentation standards Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and utilize proper phone etiquetteInterpersonal Skills – Strong communicator within the organization; cultivates enduring and productive relationships with colleagues.
Foster lasting and productive relationships within the organization Implement, utilize, and certify the team in all training initiatives Exhibit effective communication skills Coach and guide performance to meet company standards Implement and comply with all company policies and procedures Develop and administer PRIDE Performance Plans and EvaluationsResults Orientation – Achieves financial objectives; manages profitability through personal and team performance; executes company priorities.
