Key Responsibilities of a Store Leadership Specialist

Consistently achieve deadlines Employ J&M sales tools to meet and exceed sales targets Leverage all available resources to enhance performance and further educate yourself and your sales team

Brand Representation – Serves as a representative for the brand to the external community; fosters a store atmosphere that reflects a premium brand; upholds a relevant and effective set of core values.

Effectively network and recruit talent Conduct interviews and hire staff using the PRIDE model Implement visual merchandising standards, update window displays, and maintain store aesthetics Adhere to personal presentation standards Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and utilize proper phone etiquette

Interpersonal Skills – Strong communicator within the organization; cultivates enduring and productive relationships with colleagues.

Foster lasting and productive relationships within the organization Implement, utilize, and certify the team in all training initiatives Exhibit effective communication skills Coach and guide performance to meet company standards Implement and comply with all company policies and procedures Develop and administer PRIDE Performance Plans and Evaluations

Results Orientation – Achieves financial objectives; manages profitability through personal and team performance; executes company priorities.

Meet and surpass sales objectives, both store and personal Meet and exceed sales metrics, both store and personal Safeguard company assets, including accurate inventory and cash management Create and maintain weekly work schedules to optimize talent and maximize sales

Change Management – Capable of initiating and managing change effectively; makes informed decisions based on analysis and knowledge; conveys urgency and drives issues to resolution.
Ability to:

Manage all performance levels, from exceptional to deficient Identify trends through competitive analysis and other trend resources Utilize all merchandise reports to analyze, identify, and communicate merchandising needs to optimize business outcomes Collaborate with HR to resolve issues effectively

Requirements

Previous management experience in a retail setting preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Strong communication skills. Professional appearance. Willingness to learn and grow. Stable employment history. Physical demands: this role involves constant movement, communication, listening, reaching, bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, walking, and using hands to operate controls.
