ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Manager at our Ann Mashburn Nashville Shop, you will be at the forefront of leading a skilled team to create a transformative retail experience. You will serve as a proud ambassador for Mashburn within the community, engaging with various organizations and influencers to foster connections through events, outreach, and more. Your expertise will be instrumental in training and guiding the team, as well as making informed business decisions related to merchandising, product placement, and sales strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain a team of exceptional service professionals.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and customer experiences.
  • Foster an environment where team members are encouraged to excel.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the store's service, operations, and personnel.
  • Support the team in focusing on achieving goals, tasks, and company initiatives.
  • Exemplify the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Manage the strategic marketing efforts of Mashburn within the community through events and outreach.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven leadership experience of 5+ years, preferably in retail.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, selecting, coaching, and motivating a diverse team.
  • A commitment to nurturing every team member to ensure exceptional customer care.
  • A strong drive to achieve results and foster growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while remaining mission-focused.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and personal presentation.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects at both micro and macro levels.
  • Efficient and effective management of processes and personnel.
  • Proactive in tactical and strategic planning.
