- Exceptional service skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to learn and articulate knowledge about designers, garment fit, and alterations.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and assess key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Understanding of retail operations and a commitment to upholding brand standards.
- Enthusiasm for leading, motivating, and retaining a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on business needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the physical capability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Retail Management role (experience in bridal is advantageous).
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Over 5 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
