POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Retail Operations Leader is pivotal in driving excellence, ensuring superior service, and showcasing enthusiasm for our brand.

This role encompasses strategic business evaluations, guiding a team dedicated to achieving exceptional sales performance while managing operational costs effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Engagement:
Leads initiatives to welcome and assist every patron, providing immediate coaching to the team.

Empowers team members to make decisions that reflect brand values, prioritize outstanding customer service, and consistently place customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Fosters an atmosphere rich in product knowledge and promotional insights to articulate value and enhance brand loyalty.

Identifies trends and opportunities within the retail environment; implements strategies that align with brand standards and customer service expectations, connecting store objectives to broader business goals.


Operational Efficiency:
Oversees visual merchandising; analyzes sales data to make informed merchandising decisions that drive performance.

Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures; provides training on loss prevention and coaches the team to maintain vigilance and report any concerns.

Manages payroll and scheduling in line with budgetary constraints; oversees financial aspects including expenses and inventory management.
Conducts thorough business analysis and communicates insights to senior management.

Team Development:
Establishes staffing strategies and recruits top-tier talent to build a high-performing team; assesses current team capabilities and manages succession planning.

Inspires and motivates the team to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards; exemplifies expectations, acknowledges exceptional performance, and focuses on team growth.

Exhibits pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our clientele; treats customers and team members with professionalism and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management is essential.
A degree in Business or related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including evenings and weekends; occasional travel may be required.
Strong communication and time management skills are crucial.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds for extended periods.
