Our dedicated team at AlphaGraphics - US715 is in search of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us on a full-time basis. The CSR will play a crucial role in fostering and sustaining positive interactions with our clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are fulfilled.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the primary internal liaison for the organization.
  • Demonstrate our expertise in products and services, providing accurate pricing estimates based on customer needs.
  • Relay customer requirements to the support team in line with company policies.
  • Engage with customers via phone or in-person to provide information about our offerings, process orders, and manage leads.
  • Calculate service charges, collect payments, or coordinate billing for printing services using PrintSmith Software (EFI).
  • Previous experience in a printing environment is advantageous.
  • Attract potential clients by addressing inquiries about products and services and suggesting relevant options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in a print shop is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs, meet service quality standards, and evaluate satisfaction.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • A genuine desire to assist others.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate various solutions to challenges.
The employer for this position is an independently owned and operated franchisee of PostNet International, Inc. If selected, the franchisee will be your employer, not PostNet International, Inc. or any of its affiliates.

Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000 annually.
