Compensation:
$28 - $30 per hour, Supervisor salary ranging from $80k to $92k (dependent on experience and preferences).

Key Responsibilities:

The Cement Pump Supervisor is tasked with fostering exceptional customer relations and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered at the well site. Responsibilities include:

  • Rigging up and rigging down equipment.
  • Preparing equipment for operational tasks.
  • Ensuring the safe operation of bulk and cement pump equipment.
  • Conducting necessary calculations and managing data collection and distribution at the well site.
  • Overseeing the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment post-job.
Qualifications:

Candidates should possess:

  • Understanding of and adherence to DOT regulations.
  • Familiarity with company policies, HSE standards, and PSL guidelines.
  • Ability to operate Commercial A or B Vehicles.
  • Knowledge of lifting techniques, hoists, and slings.
  • Basic maintenance skills for equipment, including cement pumps and bulk machinery.
  • Capability to perform equipment function checks prior to job commencement.
  • Proficiency in following the Journey Management Process to mitigate transportation risks.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic mathematical skills for job-related calculations.
  • Fundamental computer skills.
  • Leadership skills to guide teams in the field and at the shop.
  • Knowledge of oilfield calculations relevant to pressure pumping and cement jobs.
  • Experience in operating cement equipment and bulk loading machinery is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A Class B Commercial Driver's License may be required.
  • A Class A Commercial Driver's License may be required.
