Sollis Health is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our concierge clinics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient accounts, including scheduling appointments, patient intake, and registration updates.
- Conduct temperature checks and COVID screening questions.
- Enter membership leads and patient demographics into Salesforce.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, and house calls as needed.
- Address member questions and concerns in a timely manner and escalate as necessary.
- Answer the Sollis medical hotline and direct patients to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, meeting Sollis brand standards.
- Distribute mail and facilitate mailing items to members.
- Check inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Associates degree or greater required.
- 1-2 years of previous hospitality and/or medical office experience preferred.
- Excellent administrative background, especially in managing customers on the phone.
- Ability to efficiently execute established office routines and policies.
- Exceptional organizational and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently.
- Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas.
Range: $25-$28 per hour. This is the range of pay for New York City candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer, and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of New York City.
