Position Overview
This role is primarily focused on handling communications with the operating room and PACU departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Reception duties and monitoring the cleanliness and flow of the waiting area.
- Ensuring that refreshment stations are stocked and maintained.
- Reporting any technical issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining a supply of reading materials for guests.
- Preparing charts and providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a positive and welcoming demeanor, along with a deep respect for our patients, families, customers, and colleagues.
Qualifications
Education: A High School Diploma is required; additional college education is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one year in a customer service role is preferred.
Additional Skills: Bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are preferred. Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently and be comfortable working with a diverse population.
