Job Summary:

Olympus Schweiz AG is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals and medical practices
  • Utilize business intelligence systems to analyze customer data and provide insights for investment and lifecycle consulting
  • Monitor contracts for profitability and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and cost analysis, planning, and implementation
  • Develop and present reports to stakeholders on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, economic, or medical field or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to process information, present it, and derive measures
  • Advanced knowledge of Office365, SAP CRM, Salesforce, and BI tools
  • Experience in Lean Management and customer training is an asset
  • Proficiency in French and English; German and/or Italian skills are a plus
