Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Returns Coordinator. This role will be responsible for facilitating and managing all customer returns, shipping errors, and updates, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process all customer returns, credits, and product recalls, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, VAWD certification requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of return tracking and daily/weekly warehouse reports.
  • Work closely with the inside and outside sales teams to resolve return-related issues.
  • Directly assist customers with return processing, shipping concerns, and damaged shipments.
  • Serve as a liaison between the warehouse teams and returns team.
  • Maintain company return policies and procedures.
  • Track and report on shipping company damage reimbursements and warehouse packaging errors.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn specific product knowledge and warehouse logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
