Strategic Portfolio Lead for Corporate Real Estate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading consulting services to corporate real estate clients. This involves developing strategies and solutions to support their growth and delivery of advisory services in workplace and portfolio strategy, occupancy planning, and change management.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience and education can be considered in lieu of a degree.
Key Responsibilities- Build real estate strategies and consulting teams for large-size clients.
- Deliver strategies with assigned clients, developing solutions to assist with regional portfolio strategic initiatives.
- Align business direction and vision with senior management.
- Act as the conduit between the CBRE consulting platform and our account teams to ensure alignment between services and contract obligations.
- Monitor organizational performance and report on data collected.
- Lead the annual account resource and workplace technology budget, provide administrative guidance, and report on account financial health.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Able to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

The estimated salary for this role is $125,000-$145,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
