Salary

$23.00 per hour, plus on-call pay.

Job Description

This position involves performing preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance safely, accurately and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience with general HVAC repairs, pump and filter maintenance.

You should also have solid painting, plumbing and carpentry skills.

A knowledge of basic electrical repairs is required.
