Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Unit Manager, LPN to direct the day-to-day functions of our Nursing Unit. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times. This includes overseeing the delivery of care, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit
  • Oversee the delivery of care to residents
  • Manage staff and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities
