Your Role
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided
