About the Role:

The Program Director will serve as the Security Advisor for our clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their security needs are met. You will be responsible for creating and executing a security program strategy, managing and aligning Securitas and client goals, and ensuring the profitability of the account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients as their Security Advisor
  • Create and execute a security program strategy

  • Ensure the profitability of the account
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of progressively responsible management experience in business management or a closely related field
  • Financial management experience
  • RFP/RFI experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, SharePoint, and Teams
Benefits:
  • Base salary of $115K - $120K annually
  • Full benefit package, including medical insurance, life insurance, dental, vision, 4 floating holidays, 6 sick days, 10 vacation days accrued, and 401K
