We are seeking a highly skilled Distinguished Technical Program Manager to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our Enterprise People Technology team, you will be responsible for driving the success of complex programs that support the strategic vision of building Walmart's Workforce Enablement systems.
Key Responsibilities- De-risk transformational programs across various dimensions of risk, including technical, organizational, informational asymmetry, product, data science, and business adoption.
- Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues.
- Provide ongoing visibility to program status, including key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, and more, to all stakeholders.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes.
- Manage new and existing technologies integration to ensure seamless delivery of program outcomes.
- Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.
- Be a thought leader who can help accelerate capabilities delivery and challenge others to change.
- 8+ years of program/product management experience leading multiple programs.
- Strong experience with Enterprise Agile Program Management.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Skilled in data-driven, objective analysis and decision making.
- Ability to manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment.
- Exceptional technical depth across domains such as engineering, system design, product management, and data science.
- Passion for Workforce technologies like Workday, SAP, and full-stack applications.
- Personal and professional maturity in a high-paced, ambiguous, high-pressure environment.
- Superior critical thinking skills to take high-complexity spaces and decompose to tractable pieces.
