At Fire Protection Services LLC, we are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to enhance our team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our field personnel are equipped with the necessary tools, components, and information to perform their tasks effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in our financial processes by ensuring that completed projects are finalized and invoiced promptly. The ideal candidate will approach each day with enthusiasm, guiding projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Service Team schedule, ensuring it is planned at least two weeks ahead.
  • Manage submitted proposals and convert approvals into actionable jobs.
  • Coordinate the tracking, ordering, receiving, and preparation of materials and special items required for approved projects.
  • Provide diverse support to the Service Team.
  • Ensure timely completion of jobs for prompt billing.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and friendly communication with customers.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the service sector or a comparable position is advantageous.
