Job Description

BlueStar US is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join its team in Miramar, FL. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing vendors and their approved resellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support relationships with vendors and their resellers.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans for sales regions.
  • Assist in asset management of vendor products and services.
  • Train BlueStar sales staff on vendor products and partner programs.
  • Manage vendor MDF and co-op marketing funds.
  • Cultivate business relationships with software ISVs and service providers.
  • Develop marketing and business development collateral for BlueStar and vendor micro-sites.
  • Assist in the development of solution bundles.
  • Provide regular updates to BlueStar's executive management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in management functions, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling financial and material resources.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Writing skills and ability to understand distribution models and reseller channels.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
