  • Manage cash handling and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Review and block rooms for guests with special requests.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and policies.
  • Take reservations and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
