Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Acro Service Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the interviewing and hiring process to ensure the selection of top talent
  • Plan, assign, and oversee the daily work of direct reports to achieve strategic, operational, and tactical priorities
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring
  • Set performance goals and conduct mid-year and annual performance appraisals
  • Recognize and reward performance excellence, culture championship, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Communicate and enforce agency policies and programs
  • Apply corrective action, address complaints, and resolve problems in a timely fashion

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, excellent customer service acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor. The ideal candidate will also have effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in high-pressure situations.

Technical Requirements

The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of a PC in a Windows environment, the Internet, MS Office Applications, and Google Workspace applications. Additionally, they will be proficient in the use of various Agency databases and applications.
