Human Resources Generalist

At MoveAmerica, we're seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience and the efficiency of the HR department and company.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
- 2 Years experience in a generalist role.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
