HR Technician I

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Technician I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
- Benefits Administration: Provide support with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations, including resolving conflicts, providing guidance on company policies, and maintaining employee records.
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and benefits administration.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and processes, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $31,688 - $55,453, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
