Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at the State of North Carolina. This role will be responsible for coordinating and tracking organizational change management requests, reviewing paperwork for accuracy, and acting as a change coordinator in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of organizational management practices, experience using HRIS systems, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track organizational change management requests
  • Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Act as a change coordinator in the HRIS
  • Communicate human resources policy information to staff and customers
  • Administer databases and learning management systems
  • Provide recruitment support and coordinate events
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Working knowledge of organizational management practices
  • Experience using HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
