Your role will involve crafting specialty beverages, assisting in food preparation, and managing customer orders and payments, all while delivering exceptional service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently operate a cash register/POS system and manage cash and credit transactions.
  • Welcome and assist customers while proactively addressing their needs.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food items in accordance with location standards.
  • Organize and balance the cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and process deposits.
  • Comply with Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Set up and dismantle coffee stations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Restock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all products.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Experience handling cash is preferred.
  • Previous barista experience is advantageous.
  • Basic math and counting skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
  • Compliance with the assigned dress code is necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, along with the ability to follow recipes.
  • Completion of Food Handling Certification as required.


This position may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing.

Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
