About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Painting Estimator to join our team at Advance Construction Services Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level estimates for residential and commercial painting projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create comprehensive estimates for painting projects, taking into account labor costs, materials, and equipment requirements.
  2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  3. Maintain effective relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Estimating, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and managing complex projects.
